Crypto Poker Explained: How Boker Works
How Boker combines Solana deposits and withdrawals with a centralized poker dealer, custodial balances, table stacks, and seed verification.
Crypto rails, centralized hands
Boker’s public lobby lists six-seat No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha tables using custodial USDC balances. Older SOL tables are unlisted and recovery-only; their records and balances remain denominated in SOL. Solana handles transfers, while Boker’s dealer handles seats, cards, bets, pots, and settlement.
This means a poker action is not an on-chain transaction. The player transfers assets to a platform treasury first, receives a matching internal ledger balance, and then relies on Boker’s software and operations to preserve and return that value.
From account to table and back
- Create or log in to a Boker account with a verified email and choose a public screen name, or use the separate wallet sign-in option.
- To fund current public Poker play, send Solana USDC from a compatible wallet or exchange to the deposit address shown in Boker. Existing SOL balances from earlier tables remain SOL and use the historical recovery or withdrawal path. Connecting a wallet is optional and does not make a deposit.
- Review the asset, network, destination, amount, fee, and current limits before sending a deposit.
- Choose a public USDC table whose blinds and buy-in match the custodial balance you intend to use.
- A server command debits the buy-in from that balance and creates the table stack.
- Standing returns the remaining stack to the internal asset balance; a separate withdrawal request sends or queues funds back to a Solana address.
Current public play and historical balances
| Asset | Use | Seats | Settlement |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDC on Solana | Current public tables | 6 | Custodial balance |
| SOL | Historical recovery only | Not listed | Original SOL balance |
How completed-hand evidence works
The dealer commits to a server-seed hash and derives a deterministic HMAC-SHA256 shuffle. The completed-hand integrity record reports server-side checks against the private archived seed without revealing it, protecting folded cards. It is not independently reproducible and does not establish custody safety, legal compliance, production-code integrity, or absence of collusion.
Unresolved facts matter
No verified legal entity, gambling license, jurisdiction list, age rule, privacy policy, support route, self-exclusion system, or independent Poker audit was found. Do not interpret a working lobby as proof that the product is lawful or suitable for you.
Understanding the transaction flow does not make poker low risk. Decide a maximum deposit and session duration before connecting, and do not treat access to Boker as proof of age or jurisdiction eligibility.
Frequently asked questions
Is every poker bet recorded on Solana?
No. Deposits and withdrawals use Solana, while table actions and settlement are recorded by Boker’s server and internal ledgers.
Does connecting a wallet deposit funds?
No. Connecting or signing in with a wallet is separate from sending a Solana transfer to the deposit address shown in Boker.
Can I withdraw a table stack directly?
Standing first returns the remaining stack to its original custodial asset balance. Withdrawing from the platform is a separate request; historical SOL remains SOL.
Is Boker available everywhere?
No. Public availability does not establish legal availability; financial play is blocked in restricted jurisdictions.
