Trust & Transparency at Boker
We explain how Boker works, where deposited assets go, what we control, what you can verify, and which protections we have not yet published.
What we run
Boker is a focused crypto-native poker room. It is not an affiliate directory, token promotion, or general casino.
Our public lobby contains NLH and PLO tables using custodial USDC balances. Older SOL tables are unlisted and recovery-only; existing records remain denominated in SOL. If you join a current table, you use Boker-operated software, a Boker-operated dealer, and a custodial account balance held by Boker.
How Boker works today
- We list six-seat No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha tables using USDC for current public play.
- Older SOL tables are unlisted and recovery-only. Historical SOL balances and records retain their original denomination.
- We run the game and balance ledger on Boker servers. Individual poker actions are not Solana transactions.
- We keep private play-test tables out of the public lobby. We do not currently offer public tournaments.
What happens to your money
Create or log in to a Boker account with a verified email and public screen name, or choose the separate wallet sign-in option. A wallet connection is optional: it does not create an email account or deposit funds. To fund current public Poker play, send Solana USDC from a compatible wallet or exchange to the deposit address shown in Boker; we verify the transfer before crediting the matching internal balance. Existing SOL balances from older tables remain in SOL and use historical recovery or withdrawal paths.
When you buy into Poker, we move value from that balance to your table stack. Our dealer controls the table state, action clock, private-card delivery, settlement, and hand archive. When you stand, we return your remaining stack to the same internal balance. A withdrawal is a separate request to send value back on-chain.
Because this model is custodial, you depend on our software, treasury access, ledger accuracy, reconciliation, support, and withdrawal operations after you deposit.
What you can check yourself
- Open the public lobby to see current USDC tables. Older SOL table records remain in their original units.
- Use hand history to inspect a completed hand and open its seed-verification result.
- Read the deposit or withdrawal quote before every transfer. Limits, addresses, and fees can change.
- Verify the full deposit or withdrawal address, network, asset, and token mint before sending a transfer.
- Keep the table slug, hand number, transaction signature, time, and screenshots if something looks wrong.
What we have not yet published
- We have not published a verified legal-entity name, business address, gambling license, or complete statement of where Boker is legally available.
- We have not published a minimum-age policy, privacy policy, eligible or restricted location list, or complete KYC and sanctions policy.
- We have not published self-exclusion controls, a formal complaints process, or an independent dispute provider.
- We have not completed an independent audit covering Poker randomness, security, custody, solvency, or anti-collusion controls.
- We do not promise winnings, profitability, uninterrupted access, or a guaranteed withdrawal time.
If something goes wrong
We have not yet published a verified public support address or formal complaint channel on boker.gg. Do not trust an unsolicited direct message or an account that only uses Boker branding.
For a balance or hand issue, stop moving funds and preserve the table slug, hand number, transaction signature where relevant, approximate time, wallet address used for the session, and screenshots. We will never need your recovery phrase or private key to investigate an issue.
Frequently asked questions
Which assets does Boker use?
Current public Poker tables use custodial USDC balances. Older SOL tables are unlisted and recovery-only; existing SOL records are not converted to USDC. A visible table does not establish that you are legally eligible to play from your location.
Does Boker custody deposited assets?
Yes. A deposit is a separate Solana transfer from a compatible wallet or exchange to the address shown in Boker. After verification, we credit an internal balance; connecting a wallet alone does not deposit funds.
Is Boker licensed for gambling?
We have not published a verified gambling license or complete legal-availability statement. Do not assume that Boker is permitted where you live.
Where can I report a disputed hand or balance?
Preserve the relevant evidence and trust only a support route published on boker.gg. Never share wallet secrets.
